joyously
If doing something that makes you feel delighted, cheerful, or full of glee, you can say you do it joyously...
Joyous means "full of joy," and when this feeling goes along with some action, that action happens joyously — whether you're laughing joyously at a funny movie or running joyously to meet your new puppy or living your life on a day-to-day basis joyously. Some synonyms for this adverb include gladly, cheerily, and blissfully, but none of those quite capture the exuberance of joyously...
The intent of joyousliving.org is to empower and enable people to get clear on who they are and having their life be an expression of that SELF. We believe if you are living your life in all areas of your life on a day-to-day basis as an expression of who you are, then irrespective of what circumstances you are encountering at the end of the day you are left with an experience of having lived that moment or that day fully and having given your all. As a result, everyday becomes an opportunity to joyously give yourself to life and experience joyous living!!!
Living a joyous life as an expression of who you are is THE access to ABUNDANCE!
At this time, we do this through a 7 session seminar series (each session is 2 hours) spread over 10 to 12 weeks. These seminars are free of cost and the only requirement is for you to be committed to engage and do the work required. There are 4 intentions of the seminar series:
1. First part of the seminar is to get aware of what’s driving your actions on a day-to-day basis? This reveals why life experiences are very similar on a day-to-day basis, why you ask yourself questions like “why does this always happen to me” or make statements like “I am just not a lucky person in life”. Why does it look like even though you are taking the same actions as others, you don’t seem to get the results. The intent is to unravel the mystery which leaves one at the sources of all the results in one’s life.
2. From there you move on to distinguishing who you truly are. The process of doing this addresses questions like who am I, what is the purpose of life, what is the purpose of MY life, what is my Ikigai, etc.
3. Third aspect of the seminar is to create what would your life look like if you were to live it as a full-blown expression of your true SELF. Gives you the opportunity to create what your life should look like as an expression of YOU.
4. Last part is designed to have you develop a muscle in altering and creating your life to be an expression of who you truly are! Last 2 intentions address questions like how do I live my life, what should guide my life, how do I deal with the day-to-day circumstance of life, etc.
